Senior Auditor
Irina joined the Office of the State Auditor in 2007. Prior to that, she spent three years with the State Treasurer’s Office working as a compliance officer for the Unclaimed Property Division. She has a bachelor of arts degree in liberal studies (English and Literature) from the Kuban’ State University in Krasnodar (Russia) and a master's of business administration from the University of Vermont. She lives in Montpelier with her daughter.

Staff Auditor II
Judy joined the Office of the State Auditor in 2010. She has eight years audit experience working as a bank auditor at Connecticut River Bancorp in Charlestown, NH, and as senior internal auditor for Dartmouth College. She earned her bachelor's degree in accounting from Franklin Pierce College and an executive master's degree in business administration from the University of New Hampshire Whittemore School of Business and Economics. Judy is a certified internal auditor, a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors and she is certified in control self-assessment techniques. She has a grown son, Robert Jr., and enjoys arts and crafts, singing, gardening, and entertaining family and friends at her home in Springfield, VT, which she shares with Miss Kitty.

Felix has worked for the Auditor’s Office since 1996, first as an Administrative Assistant and since 2002 in his current position. Felix is a 1973 graduate of the University of Colorado with a master's of arts degree. He lives in Montpelier with his wife Dolores.
Jeffrey F. Kellar, CPA 828-2122
Audit Supervisor
Jeff joined the Auditor’s Office in 2006. He graduated from St. Michael’s College with a bachelor of science degree in accounting. Jeff began his career in public accounting in 1999 with McGladrey & Pullen, LLP. He tenured with McGladrey for six years as a supervisor and has extensive experience performing Single Audits and in the human services and health care industries. For two years before joining the State Auditor's staff, he was an auditor for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in financial services, working primarily on the audit of a large multi-bank holding company headquartered in Burlington, VT. Jeff is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He lives in Richmond.
Linda Lambert, CPA, CISA 828-0796
Director of Information Technology & Performance Audits
Linda joined the Auditor’s Office in 2005 after more than 20 years as an Information Technology and Financial Auditor at the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO). In her last position at GAO, she was an assistant director in charge of a variety of government-wide and agency-specific information technology audits. Linda holds a bachelor of science degree in management advisory services from Southern New Hampshire University and is a Certified Information Systems Auditor as well as a CPA. She lives in Montpelier.

Chief Auditor
Tanya joined the Auditor’s Office in 2006. Prior to working at the Auditor’s Office, she was a Senior Manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Boston, Mass. Tanya received her master's of business administration and master's of science in accounting degrees from Northeastern University and her bachelor of arts degree in political science from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Tanya is a member of the Board of Trustees for the Kellogg Hubbard Library. She lives in Montpelier with her husband Kevin and sons Tyler and Colby.

Staff Auditor II
Michele joined the Office of the State Auditor in 2011 upon her return to Vermont. After growing up in Essex Junction, she spent several years in Texas, earning a Master’s of Business Administration from St. Edward’s University in Austin, and starting her accounting career at the Texas State Auditor’s Office. In addition to the MBA, Michele is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Michele lives in Hinesburg.
Hugh Pritchard, ACA, CIA 828-4619
Senior Auditor
Hugh joined the State Auditor’s Office in 2008. He previously worked in internal audit roles in the auto industry in Detroit and in the British government and health service. He graduated in natural sciences at Cambridge University and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Price Waterhouse in London, and is also a Certified Internal Auditor. Hugh competed in biathlon at the Winter Olympics, and lives in Montpelier with his wife and two daughters.

Senior Auditor
June joined the Office of the State Auditor in 2007. She has nine years experience in public accounting in firms located in Burlington and Essex Junction as well as 10 years experience in the manufacturing sector where she honed her skills in process development and improvement. She is certified in Production and Inventory Management as well as being a CPA. She earned her bachelor's degree in accounting from Trinity College and a master's degree in business administration from Champlain College. She has a son and four grandsons. June lives in Colchester with her husband Clark. She enjoys quilting, gardening, snowshoeing and golf.

Audit Manager
Steve joined the Auditor’s office in 2007 and has worked in statewide and departmental financial management within Vermont state government during the past five years. Prior to his government career, Steve spent eight years working at Ben & Jerry’s as an accounting manager and plant controller and six years as a chief financial officer for the U.S. operations of Pratt and Whitney/Canada. Steve has a master's in business administration (cum laude), as well as a B.A. in liberal studies (history and politics), from Norwich University. He also holds an A.S. in banking, finance and investment from Champlain College. Steve is a Certified Internal Auditor and a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors.
A seventh generation Vermonter, Steve is married to Susan Vantine, has two grown sons Nick and Geoff, and enjoys reading, hunting, fishing and restoring antique cars. He lives in the mountains of Moretown.
